Course Description

DATE CHANGE FOR JANUARY 30TH CLASS- CLASS IS NOW WEDNESDAY, 2/6

DATE CHANGE FOR MARCH 13TH CLASS - CLASS IS NOW TUES, 3/12

Come to Gaston's Bakery to learn from the master baker! Students will tour the bakery, as well as learn to make dough, shape and bake breads and brioches. Take home your creations and a recipe too!

Gaston's provides baked goods for local Treasure Valley restaurants (Boise Fry Company), supermarkets (Trader Joes) and hotels.  Gastons also sells croissants etc through Sur la Table stores online.
