Anxiety gets us stuck in our heads and leaves us reeling in our thoughts. Moving the body is a way out of this cycle: We can breathe more fully—literally finding inspiration. On a good day we will spark joy; at the very least we can play in awareness and self-compassion. If you can sit, walk, and lay down then our exploration together will not be strenuous for you. Nothing complex is required.
Wear clothing for easy movement.
