If you or a family member has gluten sensitivities or celiac disease, you won't want to miss this class. You will learn how to make simple flours that will save you a bundle over commercial products, and can be used with any recipe without a lot of conversion. These baked goods are light in texture, taste good, and remind you of what baked goods used to be.
Bake and sample cakes, tortillas, yeast bread, cookies, waffles and muffins. Lots of samples to taste!
