Enjoy the water with this high energy workout! This class will combine the resistance of the deep water environment using equipment for buoyancy and added strength training. Enjoy a full body workout designed to condition all muscle groups.
This is great cross training for all sports and is a challenging and invigorating workout designed only for the participant who is comfortable in a deep water environment. Deep side of pool being used for Levels 1 & 2. Equipment used: Buoyancy Belts, Hand Bars and Noodles.
