Course Description

NO CLASS ON 2/14 - VALENTINE'S DAY!

Explore basic self-defense techniques while improving your balance, coordination and flexibility through the study of traditional, disciplined, Okinawan Shotokan Karate.

This introductory martial arts course will sharpen your mental discipline and focus (“kime”) while improving your physical fitness and self-defense capabilities.

Class is open to both beginners (basics) and returning karate practitioners (intermediate and advanced).

Both black belt instructors are members of Shotokan Karate-do International Federation (SKIF) and have extensive training and teaching experience.

Registration is 2 for 1! One registers; two may attend.

No uniform required; wear flexible clothing suitable for exercise.
