Course Description
The over 50 fitness solution!
Ropeflow answers the question “can exercise be safe, effective, fun and convenient?” with a resounding YES! In Ropeflow, you work out with a weighted rope, but instead of jumping over it you move out of its way as it flies around you! This promotes rhythm, timing, left/right brain coordination, flexibility, relaxation, and mindfulness. It can be high intensity and aerobic, or relaxing and meditative. The rope meets us wherever we are at regardless of our capability or age, and works with us consistently. Imagine Tai Chi with a built-in infinitely patient and attentive instructor. Progress is quick and continuous with unlimited opportunity for improvement. You can Ropeflow almost anywhere, anytime. All you need is your rope and some music to listen to. Ropes provided for use during class.
