If you are attending class at a Boise Schools location, a Community Ed site coordinator will be at the entrance to direct you to your classroom. BRING CONTAINER FOR LEFTOVERS! PLEASE INFORM OFFICE OF ANY FOOD ALLERGIES! Community Education classes MIGHT be cancelled due to inclement weather. Decisions will be made by Boise School District leadership regarding evening activities, including Community Ed classes. Course Description
Come and learn how to make fresh spring rolls! The typical ingredients include slivers of cooked pork or shrimp (sometimes chicken), fresh herbs like basil and cilantro, lettuce, cucumbers, rice noodles, all wrapped in moistened rice paper. Learn how to make the dipping sauce too. Bring your appetite! There will be plenty of food to share! Bring a container to take food home.
