Course Description
If you like anything that is fresh and healthy with great color this class is for you! The preparation is easy and is all about layering. First, crunchy green lettuce, then noodles, fresh vegetables, herbs, and lemongrass marinated pork. The “Bun Thit Nuong” noodle bowl is finished with a light dressing seasoned with ginger, and garnished with fresh mint, cilantro, and chopped peanuts. Bring your appetite and a container to bring food home!
