Course Description

If you ever went to the original Vietnamese Restaurant in Boise, one of the popular meals was Spicy Chicken served with fried rice.  In this class, you will learn the secret in making this dish - how the chicken is marinated.  The spices used are lemon grass, garlic, fish sauce, and oyster sauce.  Bring your appetite and a container to bring food home - there will be plenty of food to share!
