Course Description

Almond flour is a high-protein, low-carb flour alternative with a smooth buttery flavor that's perfect for your gluten-free and grain-free baking. Come to this class and learn how to bake with this amazing flour!  We will be making a 3 course meal:  Salad with an Almond Vinaigrette, Almond Non-Fried Chicken, and a Berry Crisp.  Recipes included.
