Course Description

Learn the fundamentals of specialty coffee, including sourcing, processing, roasting, and brewing. You'll also sample several single-origin coffees and develop your sensory skills as you taste, and then bring home a freshly-roasted bag of coffee to brew on your own! Your instructor is a certified teacher with over a decade in the coffee industry.

Class held at Dawson Taylor Roast Cafe, 1035 Lusk St, Boise 83706.

Students will take home an 8oz bag of single origin coffee!
