NOTE: Dress comfortably and bring yoga mat. If you are attending class at a Boise Schools location, a Community Ed site coordinator will be at the entrance to direct you to your classroom.
Course Description
This experiential class will teach you about the main components of your energy body such as the chakras, aura and meridians. We will do some fun hands-on experiments to gain awareness of your own energy field. We will also explore ways to maximize balance for health and healing.
