Course Description
PAIRS ONLY! EACH PARTICIPANT MUST REGISTER.
Head massage can reduce stress and lower blood pressure; calming the mind and the body. Participants will learn to give a gentle and relaxing head massage to their partner using easy to follow reflexology and massage techniques. Partners will swap and be guided to reciprocate.
This is a platonic head massage. Partners can be any relation, just as long as there are 2 together. No solo participants!
Wear loose clothing - we will be on the floor.
