PLEASE NOTE: Students could be joining an ongoing YMCA class. Class is held at: WEST FAMILY YMCA 5959 N. Discovery Place, Boise, ID 83713; 377.9622 Compliance with CDC guidelines and local health guidelines must be followed. (masks optional) Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are with Community Education. A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class. Please bring your receipt and ID with you! You will need to bring ID and the program card provided every time they check into the Y for the entire session. Course Description

This is a very low impact class that focuses on transitioning from cardiac rehab, and improving cardiovascular & pulmonary function through light cardio, strength, and flexibility training. Join anytime. Blood pressure readings are taken at each class gathering.
