Discovery Place, Boise, ID 83713; 377.9622 Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are with Community Education. A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class. Please bring your receipt and ID with you! You will need to bring ID and the program card provided every time they check into the Y for the entire session. NEW! Students will also need to be set up with the touch free check in system and get a key card to sign in. MUST BE CHECKED IN 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS, OR SPOT WILL BE GIVEN TO WAITING LIST

Course Description

A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, provides the foundation for all of life's movements. Whether you want to improve your athletic performance, prevent back pain, or increase your balance and stability, this dynamic 30-minute class will train your muscles and body to work in harmony.
