Course Description
Learn the practice of transforming your "life-force-energy." Self healing exercise is transmitted with Master Lui Family Lineage teacher. You will learn to move and breathe with focused intent as you activate your "Qi" hands to guide your mind, body and spirit's connection to the fall season.
