Course Description

This is an introductory class about Fit and Fall, a course provided by the State of Idaho to help individuals build strength, balance, and mobility. Students will practice some of the exercises; learn about locations and times class is offered; and understand the importance of protecting themselves from falls as they age.
Students please wear sturdy tennis shoes and loose fitting clothing.
