Course Description

This is a one-day, two-hour class that empowers kids ages 8-15.  A time to discuss the challenges of bullying and develop coping strategies to take your power back! An introduction to bullying, types of bullying, roles kids can play in bullying situations and some basic ways to respond.  We teach to respond in an assertive, confident manner, directed at changing the imbalance of power without escalating. Includes role playing and demonstration of verbal responses.
