Course Description
Whether you've used one of these to tenderize steak or chicken, we bet you do not have one of these in your own kitchen. Your meat tenderizer will be made of hardwood and will be the tool you love to start using again. In class, students will use the bandsaw, drill press and sander to complete their project.
