Course Description
Thriving into Elderhood is an introduction to Conscious Aging, a positive aging movement. Learn to begin cultivating and harvesting lifelong experiences into the wisdom necessary to thrive in the third act of our lives. Topics may touch on life review, legacy, forgiveness and death.
