Course will be held at DOWNTOWN BOISE YMCA; 1050 W State St, Boise, ID 83702; 208-344-5501 Compliance with CDC guidelines and local health guidelines must be followed. (masks optional) Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are with Community Education. A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class. Please bring your receipt and ID with you! You will need to bring ID and the program card provided every time they check into the Y for the entire session. Course Description

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Designed for Active Older Adults. Participants do not need to belong to Silver Sneakers to participate.
