Welcome Baby Boomers! Zumba Gold® is a low impact exercise dance class where we work on balance, cardio and all over body toning to lively music that gets the body moving.  Come join the fun!  Water bottle, gym shoes (sneakers) and comfortable, loose clothing advised.
