Course Description
A long-time Community Ed favorite course! Learn history and meanings of the magical ingredients used in several Asian Indian dishes.
Class is mostly demonstration, with some participation from students.
You'll enjoy these authentic vegetarian foods at the end of class. Recipes included. Optional fee for book.
