Course Description
Learn to brew beer! Students will actually be brewing several one-gallon batches of beer. This simplified process will use equipment found in a typical kitchen, minimizing the need for special tools. Since this is a hands-on class, the sessions will last 4 hours each meeting, which is the time required to get through the process.
Students will also learn to access online brewing resources. The material fees will cover the cost of supplies used during the class.
