Students bring notetaking materials. Bring your notepad and your questions, and let's figure out how to pay for college! Two for one! One pays, two attend. If you are attending class at a Boise Schools location, a Community Ed site coordinator will be at the entrance to direct you to your classroom. MASKS ARE OPTIONAL IN OUR SCHOOLS.
Course Description
For parents of college-bound students, paying for college is likely the biggest financial issue you will face before retirement. This class helps you understand the resources available to help you, including:
-Understanding the 3 main sources of financial aid
-How each source works
-How to maximize your eligibility for financial aid
-Where to find scholarships
-How to “shop” financial aid while shopping for colleges
-What to do now to make financial aid and scholarships easier
