Course Description
If you are a first time homebuyer and want to learn what is involved in purchasing a home, this is the class for you! We will discuss the lending process and go over credit, income, and down payments. We will also share what to expect when you are house hunting, and the process of making an offer. From beginning to end - we will talk about it all! Please join us!
