Course Description
The chakras are not only an important part of our energy body, but they can also be a guide for our personal growth. Each chakra represents a theme that can teach us about who we are, and about the reoccurring obstacles we face in achieving our goals. In this class, we will discuss an overview of the chakras and energy body, and examine how working with the chakras provides insight into our behaviors and life’s purpose.
