Learn how to simply meditate. This is a practice that can be added to your daily life. Meditation can help decrease feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and even the blues. Through daily practice, one will find more peace, love, insight, and inspiration for their day. Students will learn some basic techniques for meditation and then follow with a 20 minute guided meditation.
