Course will be held at WEST FAMILY YMCA 5959 N. Discovery Place, Boise, ID 83713; 377.9622 Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are with Community Education. A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class. Please bring your receipt and ID with you! You will need to bring ID and the program card provided every time they check into the Y for the entire session. NEW! Students will also need to be set up with the touch free check in system and get a key card to sign in. MUST BE CHECKED IN 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS, OR SPOT WILL BE GIVEN TO WAITING LIST
Course Description
Group Core gives you three-dimensional strength training in 30 action packed minutes! A stronger Core improves athletic performance and enhances movement health, and helps prevent back pain. Expert coaching and motivating music will push you through integrated exercises that use your body weight and weight plates. HARD CORE!
