Tomato Gardening: You’ve grown it. Now what?

 A University of Idaho advanced Master Gardener / advanced Master Food Safety Advisor will teach you the ways to enjoy your bounty through safe preservation practices.  Learn six ways to preserve tomatoes, (these ain’t your grandma’s stewed tomatoes)!  Enjoy the taste of the garden; fresh tomatoes all year long. While detailed preservation methods, including freezing, dehydrating and water bath canning will be discussed, pressure canning will not be part of the class. Samples will be provided.
