Course Description
Learn how to make the national dish of Spain! In this class, you will discover the traditional techniques for making amazing chicken, chorizo and seafood paella. Join us to discover what makes this famous entree so delicious! Then enjoy the final result! Add a paella pan for $20. Add Basque Wine Tasting for $15/person.
Students will stand much of the evening.
