Class will be taught via Google Meet. Instructor will email you the meeting code before class. Yoga mat and a cushion needed. Please wear relaxed clothing for comfort and easy to move in. Handouts will be provided digitally.

Learn how to simply meditate. Meditation can help decrease feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and even the blues. Through daily practice, one will find more peace, love, insight, and inspiration for their day. Will start with a guided meditation for 15 minutes. Then take 10-15 minutes for each to share 3 formats of Meditation: Calm Abiding; L.E.S.R (Locate Embrace Stop Remain); Tonglen (feeling compassion for those hurting, and breathing out wishes of peace and love for them and the world).

Part 1 of a 2-part Series. Yoga mat and cushion needed. Handouts will be provided digitally.
