MASKS & PROOF OF VACCINATION REQUIRED
In this FUN and FIT class, you will learn techniques and form that will enhance your overall skills to move better, improve your motor control and have greater function while training your whole body! You will gain strength, range of motion, cardio endurance and speed. LEVEL 3 BEGINNER. Ages 50+
