If you are attending class at a Boise Schools location, a Community Ed site coordinator will be at the entrance to direct you to your classroom. MASKS ARE OPTIONAL IN OUR SCHOOLS!
Course Description
T'ai Chi Chih is a modern compilation of gentle Chi Gong exercises. This mindful practice fosters a relaxed state of well-being. Studies have attributed health benefits such as improved posture and balance, increased strength and agility, easier breathing and a reduction of low back pain and everyday stress. Your instructor has over twenty-five years of teaching T’ai Chi Chih. Wear comfortable clothing, flexible shoes or two pairs of socks, and bring water.
