A four-week workshop on how to strengthen and nurture your back. Do you experience back discomfort with activities such as standing, walking, running, sitting, driving, or everyday movement? Do you feel that your back needs strengthening and flexibility? Join Jennyfer Berg, Certified Yoga Teacher, on this four-week Workshop Series. This Workshop is designed to meet you where you are, no yoga experience is required. You will learn basic yoga postures to support a healthy back by strengthening, increasing flexibility, and releasing tension. At the end of this workshop, you will be able to establish a yoga practice at home that can lead to a healthy back. All you need is your body and a yoga mat. 

 

This workshop is designed for a beginner level.
