MINDFUL MEDITATION SERIES - PART 1: SIMPLE MEDITATION

Learn how to simply meditate. This is a practice that can be added to your daily life. Meditation can help decrease feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and even the blues. Through daily practice, one will find more peace, love, insight, and inspiration for their day. We will discuss some techniques that can be used for meditation, and also preview a couple of breathing exercises.
After a talk on meditation methods we will participate in a 15-20 minute guided meditation.
Part 1 of a 2-part Series. You may do one or both parts.
