CORE STABILITY WITH LIFTING ACTIVITIES: PREVENTION OF LOW BACK INJURY

Too often patients suffer from a low back injury onset by a simple everyday lifting task. These injuries can often be avoided with improved core stability and proper lifting mechanics. The goal of this course is to educate and give students the tools to prevent low back injury before it occurs. Come learn basic core strengthening exercises that can be performed in under 10 minutes and strategies that will make lifting activities easy and pain-free. Join in to learn more about how your core can protect you!
