Total body Resistance Exercise is a fun and effective way to challenge and improve overall strength, balance, and core stability simultaneously! Our suspension bands use the leverage of your own bodyweight against gravity to provide a great full body workout. We'll be using a dynamic mix of interval, circuit, and bodyweight training.
LEVEL 3 BEGINNER.
