Course Description

Taught by a Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer, this class will show techniques for applying kinesio tape to several joints. Kinesio tape is used to provide relief from pain and instability of loose joints. This class is ideal for coaches, other athletic trainers or self care.
