At the Eagle/Franklin Cross street, go EAST on Franklin. At the light, turn RIGHT into the main entrance of the Meadow Lake Village (there will be signs and a water feature). Follow the roundabout, continue EAST on Clocktower Lane. You can see the large facility from here.
