Dr. Ann Huycke is a Medical Doctor interested in natural and holistic health care.  She was trained at the University of Kansas Medical School. Her interest in natural health began in Japan while working three years as a civilian providing care for US Army personnel and their families. During this time she studied acupuncture with Zeizui Yokoyama, an internationally recognized acupuncturist and author.

She then moved to Springfield, Missouri where she was a staff physician at the Shealy Institute. At the institute, she worked alongside other physicians, psychologists, physical therapists and massage therapists to create an integrated approach to health care.

Dr. Huycke moved to Boise in 1995. She worked in Idaho Emergency Rooms until she opened her practice in September 1999.

She currently works at MettaHealthcare, an integrative medical clinic that combines conventional medical care with naturopathic methods.
