Course Description
Ever wander through an old cemetery and wonder about the lives of those buried there? The carvings and symbols on gravestones speak to you, but only if you know their language!
This class takes a detailed look at the history of cemeteries; various types of cemeteries and burial customs of cultures and religions; and the sometimes hidden meaning of the many symbols and emblems found on gravestones.
Proper cemetery etiquette will be shared as well.
