Students receive a cookbook to keep and instructor printed handout.

Course Description

This class will teach you how to find recipes, organize, compose and publish spiral bound cookbooks for family heirlooms, reunions, and/or service organization fundraisers.

Join an avid chef and cookbook collector for tips on the step-by-step process of creating a cookbook for your family or group! Students each receive a sample cookbook to take home.
