Discovery Place, Boise, ID 83713; 377.9622 POOL LOCATION: WARM SHALLOW POOL Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are with Community Education. A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class. Please bring your receipt and ID with you! You will need to bring ID and the program card provided every time they check into the Y for the entire session. NEW! Students will also need to be set up with the touch free check in system and get a key card to sign in. MUST BE CHECKED IN 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS, OR SPOT WILL BE GIVEN TO WAITING LIST

Course Description

This class is held in our warm instructional pool. It will focus on the needs of our Arthritis population. You will work on mobility, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and stretching.

PLEASE NOTE: Students could be joining an ongoing YMCA class.
