Course Description

Exercise strengthens your bones! This is done by muscles moving across your bones to help increase the bone density. In this class, a variety of equipment is used to challenge your muscles, and the intensity is varied to incorporate different levels of compression throughout the body. Each person works at their own level to challenge their body and mind. Ages 50+
