Course Description
Did you know that falls are a leading cause of orthopedic injuries and can lead to a multitude of health problems? Aging, joint injuries or surgeries and inactivity are common contributing factors to loss of stability and balance. The good news is that regaining your balance is not difficult! (But it does take some effort!) Come and learn how you can improve your strength, stability, and confidence. Class is taught by a physical therapist.
