The dominant dietary recommendations of the past half-century to eat low-fat foods and avoid cholesterol and saturated fats have not only failed to keep us healthy and slim, but have instead led to the development of widespread obesity and chronic disease in the U.S. Learn the physiology behind why our bodies need dietary fats to be healthy and slim, how to identify healthful and toxic fats, and take home some great recipes to get started nourishing yourself with healthy fats right away.
