Course Description
For Active Military, Retired Veterans and/or Spouses interested in purchasing, refinancing, or renovating their homes. Come Learn: 1) Who is eligible for a 0% Down VA Home Loan. 2) How VA Loans compare to FHA, USDA, IHFA and Conventional Loans. 3) Pros, Cons and Myths about VA Home Loans. 4) Important things to do to prepare up to 12 months before you're ready.
Bonus: Qualifying attendees can obtain their VA Certificate of Eligibility after class.
