Course Description
Joe Redden has been farming in the Dry Creek Valley for the past 5 years. He uses soil health principles to grow a variety of vegetables he sells through a CSA and the Boise Farmers Market. He's an expert in transforming the garlic he grows into delicious black garlic. Come learn from his experience and wisdom!
