If you are attending class at a Boise Schools location, a Community Ed site coordinator will be at the entrance to direct you to your classroom. Comfortable walking shoes required; no sandals.
Course Description
Get in shape faster and easier with Nordic walking. A brief history and styles of Nordic walking will be presented. You will learn the correct pole height for your body and receive a hands-on experience of adding poles to your walk to burn more calories, take the stress off lower body joints, and strengthen upper body. Poles provided.
